By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using the PooPaa Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PooPaa.

2User Accounts

3Virtual Currency
3.1 Brown Gold Coins
PooPaa offers a virtual currency called "Brown Gold coins" that may be purchased or earned within the Service. Brown Gold coins can be used exclusively to purchase in-app cosmetic items, customizations, and other virtual goods within the PooPaa ecosystem.
Important Notice Regarding Virtual Currency:
- No Real-World Monetary Value: Brown Gold coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any items of value outside the Service.
- Non-Transferable: Brown Gold coins cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or traded with other users or third parties.
- In-App Use Only: Brown Gold coins may only be used within the PooPaa Service to purchase cosmetic items and virtual goods.
- No Refunds: All purchases of Brown Gold coins are final. We do not offer refunds for virtual currency or virtual goods except where required by law.
- Forfeiture Upon Termination: Upon termination or suspension of your account for any reason, all accumulated Brown Gold coins and purchased virtual items will be forfeited without compensation.
3.2 Pricing and Payment
We reserve the right to change the pricing of Brown Gold coins and virtual goods at any time. All purchases are processed through third-party payment processors, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
4User Conduct
Your use of the Service is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
4.1 Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment and Hate Speech: You may not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or any abusive behavior toward other users, PooPaa staff, or any individuals. This includes discriminatory conduct based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Cheating and Exploitation: You may not cheat, hack, use exploits, bots, automation tools, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate the Service. You may not intentionally exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Service.
- Impersonation: You may not impersonate any person or entity, including PooPaa staff, other users, or public figures, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Illegal Activities: You may not use the Service to engage in or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or distribution of illegal content.
- Disruption of Service: You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such networks.
- Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
4.2 Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of these Terms or inappropriate conduct by other users, please report such conduct to us at support@poopaa.app.
5Termination
5.1 Termination by PooPaa
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Engagement in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 4
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Harm to other users or the Service
- Any conduct that we deem harmful to the PooPaa community
Consequences of Termination:
- Account Ban: Users who violate these Terms may be permanently banned from the Service.
- No Refunds: If your account is terminated or suspended for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refunds for premium subscriptions, Brown Gold coins, or virtual goods purchased.
- Forfeiture of Virtual Currency: All Brown Gold coins and virtual items associated with your account will be forfeited upon termination without any compensation or refund.
5.2 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@poopaa.app. Upon voluntary termination, you will forfeit all Brown Gold coins and virtual items, and no refunds will be provided for unused subscriptions or virtual currency.
6Disclaimers
6.1 "As Is" Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Defects or errors will be corrected
- The Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations

PooPaa is an entertainment and wellness companion application. Any information or interactions provided through the Service are not intended to be, and should not be construed as, medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for any specific advice or concerns.
7Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POOPAA, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption
- Personal injury or property damage
- Loss of Brown Gold coins or virtual items
- Service interruptions, bugs, or technical failures
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT POOPAA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL POOPAA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO POOPAA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
8Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the PooPaa character, graphics, logos, designs, text, software, and other materials, are owned by PooPaa or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not permit you to:
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service
8.3 User-Generated Content
PooPaa may enable voice interactions and other user inputs. We do not permanently store voice recordings or user-generated content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. Any data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9.2 Arbitration Agreement
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in the State of California, before a single arbitrator.
The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration organization under its applicable arbitration rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and PooPaa individually. You waive any right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
9.3 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights.
10Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
- Notify you through the Service or by email
- Provide you with reasonable notice before such changes take effect
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
11Miscellaneous
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PooPaa regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.3 Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and PooPaa's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
11.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms or our rights hereunder without restriction.
